The Company agrees to perform the Services at the date, time and location agreed upon in writing or via our online quote‐form. All bookings are subject to availability.
The Client shall pay the full quoted amount before or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept online payments, bank transfers or cash.
The Client must ensure that access to the premises is available, that all goods are ready for collection, and that adequate parking is provided for our vehicles. The Client is responsible for securing permits where required.
We carry standard transit insurance covering accidental damage in transit up to ₹50,000. Any higher value items must be declared in writing and may incur an extra fee for additional cover.
